The Aspire Package is perfect for those looking to transform their event with a beautifully designed setup that reflects their vision. We bring your theme to life with your chosen colors, creating a stunning atmosphere. This package includes an 8-hour rental with seating for up to 120 guests, black or white table linens, a breathtaking backdrop, uplighting, and a photo booth. Elevate your décor with elegant centerpieces, charger plates, napkin linens, a balloon garland or arch, and marquee numbers or letters (2). Complete the look with dessert pedestals and a statement throne chair or couch.

Dreamers Package

Step into luxury with the Dreamers Package, where we take your theme and colors to the next level with premium décor and added services. This package includes everything from the Aspire Package plus deluxe centerpieces, upgraded linens, and a grand red carpet entrance. Enjoy a 4-hour bartender service, beautifully styled cocktail room décor, a sparkle or fog machine entrance, and a custom welcome sign. Capture every moment with a photographer or videographer, and add extra flair with ceiling décor, a pop-up picture, and a $150 food & beverage credit (for in-house catering only).
Visionary Package
The Ultimate Experience

For those who want it all, the Visionary Package delivers an unforgettable experience, bringing your theme to life with enhanced décor, entertainment, and premium touches. This package includes everything in the Aspire and Dreamers packages plus four pop-up pictures, upgraded linens, a floor wrap, deluxe ceiling décor, deluxe lighting, and both a sparkle and fog machine. A DJ will keep the energy going for 6 hours, while a videographer and photographer capture every highlight. You'll also receive a pre-event photo and video shoot, a $250 food & beverage credit (for in-house catering only), and the option to add a custom door wrap for an additional fee.


Visionary All-Inclusive Package
The Ultimate Stress-Free Experience

The Visionary All-Inclusive Package is designed for those who want a completely effortless and luxurious event. From décor to entertainment, we bring your vision to life with your colors and theme at the forefront. This package includes the full venue rental, all décor from the previous packages, DJ services for 6 hours, bar service for 6 hours and catering for 100 guests (up to 120 for additional charge) . Your guests will enjoy a carefully curated menu featuring delicious food, lemonade, water, tea, and a signature drink (additional alcohol provided by the client), Two attendants are included for 4 hours to ensure a seamless experience. Let us handle every detail while you enjoy an unforgettable celebration!

Foundations
Venue Only Rental

This package includes a 10-hour venue rental with seating for up to 130 guests, featuring your choice of circle and/or rectangle tables and chairs. chairs. Enjoy access to our photo booth, Bluetooth speaker, microphone, cocktail room, lounge area, dressing room, and selfie museum. The space is enhanced with a stunning chandelier and uplighting, creating the perfect ambiance for your event.

Before diving into our event packages, we want to ensure your experience with us is seamless and stress-free.
To help us maintain the beauty of The Visionary Venue for you and others, please note the following:
A $250 non-refundable cleaning fee is required to prepare and refresh the space for your special day.
A $300 incidental deposit will also be needed. (Reimbursement details in contract)
This incidental deposit must be provided as a blank money order and submitted within two weeks prior to your event.
